Position Overview
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level support to the Group CEO, enabling focus on strategic priorities and organizational impact. This role blends executive-level administrative support with business partnership, ensuring that the CEO’s office runs efficiently while advancing key initiatives. The EA manages time, information, and stakeholder relationships with professionalism, discretion, and strategic insight
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials, and meeting minutes
- Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings, events, and business trips
- Strategic Partnership & Coordination
- Track key initiatives and follow up to ensure progress against the CEO’s priorities.
- Develop trackers, dashboards, and briefing notes to support decision-making.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely alignment and responses.
- Project & Meeting Management
- Coordinate and prepare agendas, documentation, and follow-ups for leadership and board meetings.
- Support cross-functional projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
- Maintain oversight of KPIs, commitments, and follow-up actions.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, judgment, and discretion at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 7 years’ relevant working experience
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a fast paced, growing organisation
